"The office struggled with a simple insurance update for auto purchase, sale. Employees seem new to their positions and not well trained. One was clearly working from home w small children and distracted, never sent the paperwork to me so i had to call the 800 number over the weekend to get it before picking up the new car. Several mistakes were made that took my time to sort out. I changed to a different agent bc of the poor service."
