"This is our second time working with Clarissa and the agency. The first time was for a personal article, which was easy. This time, however, we wanted to move our home and auto, which was more complex and time consuming.
Most of the work were handled by Clarissa, which I am grateful that she took the stress off of me. On the other hand, I believe as a customer, it’s best to stay communicative with the agent to make the transition from one policy to another goes smoothly.
I also appreciate Clarissa for taking the time to ensure that the post-transition processes are handled, so all I needed to do was to call the former insurance company to cancel my existing policies.
Tip: it’s best to schedule an in-person meeting if emails, phone calls, and texts don’t work for you. Sometimes, little details could be missed electronically and the quoted pricing could alter based on the more info/lack of info you provide to the agent."
